Full Keyboard Navigation

Every training screen and all activity formats work entirely with a keyboard. Employees can tab through every element, use arrow keys for selections, and activate anything with Enter or Space. No mouse required.

Screen Reader Compatible

Semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and live regions throughout the platform. Tested with VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), NVDA (Windows), and JAWS. Dynamic content updates are announced automatically.

Light & Dark Mode

Both light and dark display themes are supported site-wide. We target WCAG 2.1 AA contrast minimums (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text) and continue to address gaps as identified in our ongoing audits.

Reduced Motion

All animations and transitions respect the prefers-reduced-motion system preference. Competency dashboards, live scores, and progress indicators continue to update without visual animation.

Accessible Activity Formats

Drag-and-drop activities include full keyboard reordering via arrow keys. Oral Explanation activities provide a typed text-input alternative. Timed assessments offer extended time accommodations.

Touch Target Compliance

All interactive elements meet the minimum 44×44px touch target size recommended by WCAG 2.1. Enterprise admin dashboards, learner interfaces, and reporting views are fully touch-accessible on tablets and mobile devices.

ADA & Section 508

Federal agencies and government contractors require Section 508 compliance. AccelaStudy AI Enterprise is designed to work toward these requirements; we continue to identify and remediate gaps on an ongoing basis.

European Accessibility Act

We work toward EN 301 549 conformance so your workforce training platform can meet EU accessibility directives. Contact us for current conformance details before deploying in regulated EU contexts.

VPAT Documentation

A Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) documenting our conformance level for each WCAG 2.1 success criterion is available upon request for procurement teams.
