1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AccelaStudy application and related services provided by Renkara Media Group. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 13 require verifiable parental consent (COPPA). EEA/UK minimum age may be up to 16.
3. Account Registration
You may register via email/password, Apple Sign-In, or Facebook Sign-In. You are responsible for account security.
4. Use of the Service
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service.
5. Subscriptions
Certain features require paid subscriptions processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of amounts paid in the preceding 12 months or $100.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration (AAA). Class action waiver applies.
