This Privacy Policy explains how Renkara Media Group (“Renkara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use the AccelaStudy application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

3. What Personal Data We Collect
We collect Account Information (email, name, username, password hash), Device Information, Usage & Analytics Data, Study Progress, Session Data, and Subscription Data. We do not collect precise geolocation, biometric, financial account, government ID, or health information.
4. How We Use Your Data
We process your data to provide the Service, authenticate identity, process subscriptions, personalize learning, send communications, analyze usage, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Cookies and Tracking
The mobile application does not use browser cookies. The website uses strictly necessary and analytics cookies (with consent). We honor Do Not Track signals.
6. Third-Party Services
We share data with AWS (hosting), SendGrid (email), Apple (authentication/subscriptions), and Facebook (authentication). We do not sell your personal data.
7. International Data Transfers
We use Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary technical measures (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, pseudonymization) for international transfers.
8. Data Retention
Account information is retained until deletion plus 30 days. Analytics data is retained for 2 years. Session tokens expire after 30 days.
9. Your Rights (GDPR)
EEA/UK users have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, and consent withdrawal. We respond within 30 days.
10. Your Rights (CCPA)
California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt-out. We do not sell personal information.
11. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent (COPPA).
12. Data Security
We implement bcrypt password hashing, TLS encryption, encryption at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, and continuous monitoring.
